Residential Family Assessment Centre: Meet the Team
During their stay, parents will meet different people who are there to support them and their child. We will briefly explain who they are and how they can help:

The Key Worker:
The key worker will be the main point of contact. They will get to know the family, answer any questions, support with everyday routines, and help them throughout their stay.

Residential Childcare Workers:
Our staff will work alongside the parent, offering practical guidance and encouragement with caring for their child. They will also spend time getting to know the family’s daily routines and strengths.

The Centre Manager and Deputy Manager:
The Centre Managers make sure the centre is safe, well-run and that everyone is treated fairly, with kindness and respect. Any worries or concerns can always be raised with them.

Social Worker:
The families social worker will keep in touch during the placement, attend meetings, and work with the family and the centre to plan for the future.
